The Game Rules (hereinafter also ‘the Rules’) are obligatory for all Users. Also, we strongly recommend reading the End User License Agreement and Privacy and Cookies Policy that is an imprescriptible part of the Rules. The meaning of the terminology used in current rules is determined by the EULA.

The control for compliance with the rules is maintained by the SYNTHEZ GAMES LTD employees and the commissioner moderators.
The Company is allowed to edit and delete any information connected with contravention of the Game Rules, the EULA, or the other Company rules.

By using the Game in any way and/or by registering in the Game and clicking the "I accept the Terms" button, the User confirms that they have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the Rules.

The User has the right to send any appeals regarding these Rules to support@synthez.games. Complaints submitted in any other way may remain unanswered. The Company undertakes to consider such requests within 30 calendar days. However, The Company will make every effort to deal with such requests as quickly as possible. When sending a request, the User should describe the essence of the situation in maximum detail and attach evidence, screenshots, etc. Complaints about the unreasonable application of restrictions could be sent solely for the purpose of internal assessment of the Company's work. If the User starts a correspondence with the Company or provides a report on problems with the Game, the Company has the right to keep all correspondence.

The following words and terms should be interpreted as follows, unless the context clearly implies otherwise, and shall apply to all the sections of these Rules and to every document forming part of these Rules:

‘Account/ User’s Account’ shall mean a personal account opened by the User and maintained by the Company, which shall contain account information.

‘Anti-cheat system’ shall mean an automatic system revealing suspicious activity on Users’ accounts, such as downloading the Game from third-party sources, using cheats and third-party software to acquire extra digital content.

‘Ban’ shall mean temporary or permanent restriction of access to the game Account, social network pages, and forums.

‘Block’ shall mean a complete or temporary suspension from using game Account and/or external game resources (pages on social networks, forums), as a result of which the Account becomes inaccessible.

‘Bullying’ shall refer to aggressive behavior concerning a User. A person is repeatedly injured and insulted by another person or a group of people.

‘Cheating’ means various actions designed to subvert rules in order to obtain unfair advantages.

‘Company’ shall refer to SYNTHEZ GAMES LTD, a company which is owner of exclusive rights to the Game and registered in Cyprus with company number HE 439247, having its registered address situated at Eleftheriou Venizelou, 9, MILIADOU COURT, Flat/Office 104, Paphos, 8021, Cyprus.

‘Digital Content’ shall refer to (i) Virtual Currency; (ii) virtual in-game items; (iii) other in-game services, purchased with “real-world” money on a basis of a limited, simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license given under the EULA.

‘Flooding’ shall refer to the meaningless (of little substance or unconstructive) messages, or messages that interfere with communication.
‘Game’ shall refer to the mobile game ‘Dead Impact’, including all its components, game services, applications, Virtual Currency, Digital Content, themes, objects, virtual items, characters, character names, stories, catch phrases, concepts, images, sounds, animations, audio-visual effects, client software, sites, computer programs, chat, forum, official communities on social networks, and all content and any web resources that are available on the Internet Site or on external platform, including but not limited to App Store and Google Play.

‘Internet Site’ shall mean the totality of all the Materials and web-resources located on the domain name deadimpact.com.

‘Material(s)’ shall mean the different objects in the form of texts, drawings, images, sounds, programs, commands, names, subjects, stories, dialogues, phrases, concepts, illustration, animations, sounds, musical compositions and effects, documentation, game chats or any other form, and include any other derivative material placed in the Game by the User or the Company.

‘Online Facilities’ shall collectively mean the Account, the Game and the Internet Site.

‘Personal Information’ shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

‘Service’ shall mean the granting to a User of the right to use the Game both on free, and on paid basis, on terms of the simple non-exclusive and revocable license, to the extent and under the conditions provided by the EULA.

‘Software’ shall mean the software licensed by the Company including all programs and databases and any other derived content which may require download, whether accessible or otherwise used by the User through the Internet Site or any external platform such as the App Store and Google Play and allowing the User to participate in the Game.

‘Spam’ shall refer to unsolicited communications sent in bulk over the Internet or through any electronic messaging system.

‘User’/‘You/r’ shall mean the individual who has accessed the Internet Site and plays the Game and/or its trial versions and/or uses the Online Facilities, Game services, Materials, other services.

‘Use of the Game’ shall mean all authorized and possible types of use of the Game, which shall include Game initiation by Users and/ or use of technical possibilities of the Game on a free and on a paid basis and/ or Game installation and/ or any other actions necessary for the operation of the Game.

‘User name’ shall mean the nickname chosen by the User on Account registration.

‘Virtual Currency’ shall refer to in-game currency.

The following actions are forbidden in the Game and Online facilities:

1.1. Cheating, taking unfair advantages on other Users by applying third-party Software. Any type of suspicious activity connected with the innumerate raising of Game activity per a short period of time (for instance, obtaining extra digital content). Downloading the game from third-party sources (any resources except Google Play Store and App Store) is equal to cheating.

1.2. Numerous bugs exploiting and their distribution in the game without providing the information about the errors to the authorized employees of the Company.

1.3. Selling and transferring Account and digital content to third parties.

1.4. Extortion of Users’ personal information, including Account data, by sending phishing links, submitting letters on behalf of the Company or/and of moderators, or/and impersonating an employee of the Company.
1.5. Creation and usage of an Account or a clan with a Game nickname that violates Section 2 of the Game Rules, or creating a clan with a name, a tag, or a description that violates Section 2 of the Game Rules.
1.6. Mass creation of Accounts in order to occupy Game nicknames.
1.7. Carrying out any actions that adversely affect the development or image of the Game, as well as those that may cause damage/loss to the Users or the Company;

The following information and materials are forbidden to publish:

2.1. Abuse, insults, bullying, harassment of other Users based on national, cultural, religion, race, and gender.

2.2. Allusion of racial, national, cultural, gender supremacy. Posts and materials provoking political, religious, national hatred.

2.3. Distribution of third parties Personal Information (Nickname, in-game identification (ID), Personal data).

2.4. Spamming, Flooding.

2.5. Posting links to third-party sources for downloading the Game and cheats, advertising other games.

2.6. Posting, uploading, transmitting or otherwise distributing content that is obscene, indecent, vulgar, pornographic, containing elements of a sexual nature, offensive or otherwise contrary to public morality and ethics.

2.7. Direct or indirect propaganda/calls to consume alcoholic and/or alcohol-containing drinks, beer, tobacco products, smoking and its accessories, drugs, toxic, psychotropic and/or intoxicating substances or their precursors; contains information about the places and methods of their production, acquisition, cultivation, or use.

2.8. Spreading false information about the Game, Company, employees, moderators and other Users.

2.9. Threats against the Company, moderators and other Users.

2.10. Posting information or materials containing bad or strong language, other bad or rude words(/phrases) not classified as bad language, including bad language in the implied form

2.11. Commission or instigation (provocation) of other Users, Company, or other persons, to actions (or inaction) that is prohibited by these Game Rules, the EULA, and/or applicable law, as well as performing such actions.

2.12. Unconstructive criticism of the Game and/or its authors, the Company, or their actions.

2.13. Any attempts to impersonate a former or current employee of the Company or their assistants, including sending messages on behalf of the Company.

2.14. Begging in any form, including requests to transfer funds and/or Game values.

2.15. Any form of discrimination by gender, age, religion, or other characteristics.

2.16. Attempts to gain access to a third party’s confidential data, such as logins, passwords, etc., by using links to third party resources that are disguised as the Game’s official resources; posting links to resources that promise free crystals, crystals issued by the Company, hacks for crystals, etc.; other cases of fraud aimed at stealing Users’ accounts and data.

2.17. Posting information or materials containing or encouraging propaganda of Nazi emblems, symbols, abbreviations or designations, or names and surnames of Nazi activists.

2.18. Сalls for violence, in which one can recognize elements of calls for violence, war, terrorism, the overthrow of government, extremism, and/or mass disturbances.

2.19. Posting information or materials about political organizations (or persons), including those that committed political crimes or crimes against humankind, terrorist acts, or otherwise violated international law.

2.20. Discussing methods for committing suicide, calls to commit suicide, violence, or other actions that pose a threat to life or health, descriptions of dangerous fighting techniques, stunts, methods for weapons production, description of body modification methods.

2.21. Behavior that describes, instigates or justifies unlawful or antisocial behavior, crime, violence, mutilation, psychic or physical cruelty to people or animals, inflicting damaging the property of others

2.22. Posting content that causes fear, horror or panic in children, including pictures or descriptions of death, diseases, suicide, accidents, emergencies or disasters and (or) their consequences; other information that may damage the health or development of minors.

2.23. Actions that can encourage the desire to participate in gambling games, prostitution, vagrancy or beggary.

2.24. Political solicitation, political advertising, election propaganda of any kind; discussion of political issues that can provoke conflict in any way.

2.25. Negation of historical events.

2.26. Posting information about a minor that suffered as a result of unlawful actions (omissions).

2.27. Posting materials or information distributed by any means, or in any form, addressed to an indefinite circle of persons and aimed at drawing attention to the object of advertising, formation or maintenance of interest in it and its promotion in the market without the consent of the Company.

2.28. Dissemination of any personal information about other Users or  third persons (unless such information is publicly accessible).

3.1. If a User violates the Game Rules, the Company shall be entitled to apply the restrictions stipulated in the relevant section of the Game Rules to this User. Possible restrictions are not limited to the aforementioned ones. The Company reserves the right to apply other restrictions at its own discretion, up to a permanent ban in chat or the permanent blocking of the Account.

3.2. If a User has been given an opportunity to use in-game values and change game statistics as a result of a technical error, a failure of the Game, or conscious actions of the User in violation of the procedure established by the EULA, the Company has the right to eliminate the consequences of such use without notifying the User by returning the parties to their original state.

3.3. The Company shall be entitled, at its own discretion, to delete any information or message, without notification.

3.4. The Company shall be entitled, at its own discretion, to apply one or several restrictions simultaneously to the User, or give a warning.

3.5. Violation of these Game Rules means that the User may be immediately, without any prior notice, denied provision of Game services, or such services may be restricted in full or in part.

3.6. As it is not always possible to precisely identify the particular violations of the Game Rules, the final decision always remains with the Company.

3.7. These restrictions may be applied to any Account of the User that violates these Game Rules.

3.8. Responsibility. In accordance with current legislation, the User is solely responsible for their own actions in connection with the creation and posting of information on the Site or in the Game, including in general and battle chats, when creating accounts and clans, and posting messages on the Forum. Violation of these Rules and current legislation entails civil, administrative, and criminal liability .The Company shall in no way be responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that a User or a third party might have suffered as a result of the User’s use or the third party’s use of the Internet Site, the Game and /or the Online Facilities, including but not limited to damages caused by: the inability to use the Game or its Online Facilities;or caused by the application of restrictions by the Company to the User; direct or indirect damages arising out of third party actions, including other users of the Game; lack of access to the internet; theft; destruction of materials; loss of information related to User’s Account; and any harm to the User’s honor, dignity, and business reputation arising in connection to the Game.

3.9. If a User receives restrictions on one account and uses another account to bypass these restrictions, that account can also be restricted.

3.10. Company reserves the right to impose restrictions for violations not expressly specified in these Rules if required by changes in Game mechanics or legislation, and should Users invent new ways of gaining an unfair advantage or benefit in the Game.

4.1. The Company manages the Game and applies these Game Rules at its sole discretion, but takes into account the community’s opinion.

4.2. These Game Rules may be changed by the Company at any time. In the event of a change, the Company shall notify Users by showing a special window inside the game the first time the User enters the game after the change of the Game Rules.

4.3. The Company is in no way responsible for possible access of a third party to the Account and should not be considered responsible for any losses caused as a result of illegal use of the User’s Login and Password by a third party, unauthorized access to the Login and Password, and/or for any transaction for which the User’s Login and Password were registered (entered) correctly.

4.4. If you disagree with any of the conditions within these Game Rules, you have no right to further use the Game and its services and must leave this Site and refrain from using the Game.
